Boat tickets must be paid in full at the time of reservation by Visa or Mastercard. Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit will decline and are not accepted forms of payment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure time in order to receive a refund. Any cancellations made within twenty four hours of the purchased sailing will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be made over the phone.
You must arrive at least 45 minutes prior to sailing to pick up your tickets at the ticket booth located at 10 Hay Bay Road. Tickets will be released if they have not been collected by this time. If you already have a National Park Pass, you will be required to show it at this time. If you do not have a National Park Pass, it will be charged with your booking. For information on Parks Canada passes please go to http://www.commandesparcs-parksorders.ca. You will have 15 minutes to park at the ticket booth – subject to parking availability. Once tickets are picked up you will be directed to one of our long-term parking lots.
If you are getting off on Flowerpot Island, there are plenty of activities for you to enjoy. Check the boat description for how long it takes to get to the island. Book to stay for 2.5 hours on the island if you would like to walk the full trail and see the lighthouse museum. Book to stay for 4 hours on the island if you would also like to go swimming and bring a picnic lunch. There is no where to purchase food or beverages on the island, so you must bring your own.
ALL Monday to Saturday sailings view shipwrecks. Restrictions apply on Sundays only. Shipwreck view times are restricted to 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm. In order to view the shipwrecks, one of either your departure or return sailings on SUNDAYS must be between 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm. On Sundays, 11:50 am and earlier do not view shipwrecks and 3:35 pm and later do not view shipwrecks.
All children 3 and under are required to be on listed on the tickets even though they are free of charge. Please ensure every member of your group is on the ticket, or they will not be allowed to board.
No strollers are allowed on the vessels, and they cannot be used on Flowerpot Island. We advise you to bring a baby carrier.
