Important Booking Information

We’re glad you’re planning a cruise with us. To keep our boarding process smooth and to help prevent fraud, please take a moment to review the policies below before reserving your tickets. These rules apply to all bookings, regardless of cruise type or departure time.

No Third-Party Reservations

Bookings must be made by the person who will be sailing with us. We do not accept reservations made on behalf of someone else. This includes bookings made by friends, family members, travel companions, or any other third party who is not a passenger on the cruise.

When making a purchase, make sure the information you provide is accurate and valid. Don’t place (or try to place) an order with any information that is false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete, that cannot be verified as belonging to you, or that you don’t have the right to use. If you do, your order can be cancelled at any time. And, if your order is cancelled for any of these reasons, we may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice. We accept no responsibility or liability for such cancellations.

Reservations identified as third-party bookings will be cancelled and refunded to the original card.

Photo ID & Credit Card Required at Check-In

The credit card used to make your booking must be brought to the ticket booth at check-in, along with a piece of government-issued photo identification that matches the name on the card. Acceptable photo ID includes a driver’s licence, passport, or provincial photo card.

If the credit card and matching photo ID cannot be presented at check-in, we reserve the right to refuse boarding. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
