24 Hour Change & Cancellation Policies
We have the most favourable change and cancellation policy in town! We understand that plans change and so we try to accommodate you whenever possible. We only require 24 hours’ notice for modifications or cancellations. As long as you submit a request for a cancellation 24 hours before your departure date, you are entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund missed sailings or bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your departure.
